Two workers were electrocuted at Sadar Hospital of Rangamati on Tuesday morning.

The identities of deceased could not be known yet.

According to the hospital sources that the workers came in contact with a live electric wire while they were connecting electric line in the hospital at 11:00 am, leaving them dead on the spot.

Confirming the news, Kabir Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Rangamati kotwali Police Station, said that the bodies were kept at the hospital morgue for autopsies.

The OC also said that an unnatural death case was filed with the police station.
